Attain is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Brand & Business Marketing. This role will provide essential support to various business marketing departments, including Sales Enablement, Events, Web, Content and Brand Creative. The right candidate will demonstrate a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, attention to detail and strong communication skills. They are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and effectively executing. Overall, the Marketing Coordinator, Brand & Business Marketing will demonstrate initiative, adaptability and a proactive approach to helping the broader team achieve its goals.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Creative Director, Brand & Business Marketing and work closely with other cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business, communications or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, with exposure to multiple marketing functions preferredDetail oriented and organized in thinking and execution to maintain marketing collateral and informationExcellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively problem solve using resources available, exercising good judgment and decision makingStrong organization and time management skillsProficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with marketing tools and platformsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsWhat you'll do

Sales Enablement Support:

Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and Product Marketing to develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, presentations and training materials.Event Coordination:

Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, agency events and company offsite; Support the Senior Manager, Events & Partnerships by helping to coordinate event logistics, manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of event materials; Support event promotion efforts through email marketing and social media.Web Support:

Help manage content updates for Attainoutcomes.com and Theoutcome.com, such as various articles, press releases and landing pages.Social Media Management:

Manage Attain's social media accounts, including content curation and scheduling, engagement monitoring and response management; Stay informed about social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.Brand Creative Assistance:

Provide support to the Senior Creative Director in developing and maintaining visual assets, such as brand guidelines, graphics, and promotional materials; Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all marketing materials; Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to manage creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.Content Writing:
