The primary function of the position is to support Business Transformation Office (BTO) in key projects supporting Sales & Cloud Solutions work stream. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and write detailed business requirements. You will also collaborate with the other team members to design, develop, and implement the solution in a new or existing applications. You will also write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users on as need basis.Job ResponsibilitiesParticipating in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary.Providing project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan).Reviewing status of system applications and prepares recommendations for system improvements.Evaluating business requirements to identify gaps, interdependencies and reconcile conflicts with proposed solutions.Training and providing technical & functional guidance to other team members; directs the work of peers on assigned projects and/or issues.Supporting and aligning efforts to meet business needs; work with the business closely to prioritize and manage users’ expectations by keeping them up to date on change results.Collaborating cross-functional with ability to build solid relationships with the Business teams and their stakeholders, both internally and externally.Assisting the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new CRM systems and modules.Working with onsite/offshore technical team to ensure high quality business outcomes are delivered.Acting as the liaison between stakeholders and technology team, communicating effectively with each group.Troubleshooting production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges.Job RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or the equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is preferred.A minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level experience in one or more of the following areas is required:CRMConfigure, Price, Quote (CPQ)ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc)2+ years of working experience with CRM solutions; experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) will be a big plus.2+ years of working experience with Analytics & Reporting Tools.Demonstrated knowledge in CRM-related functional modules:Lead management, Opportunity management, Quoting, Renewals, Amendments, Forecasting, Billing.Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices.Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining business requirements, and creating detailed system/functional design documents.Experience working with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization; ability to effectively communicate technical issues at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to toggle between projects and must be able to multi-task.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills.Fighting cancer calls for big ideas.We envision a world without fear of cancer.
