is seeking a lawyer with 5+ years of construction, procurement, and project development experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in project development of renewable energy or oil & gas, including negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements. Collaborating across our global team, we act on some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world. An associate or counsel would have the opportunity to work on 100% renewable energy transactions, if desired, or a broader energy and infrastructure practice. This position may be located in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. The full-time base annual salary for this position in the New York City, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco market is expected to range between $180,000 - $435,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in these markets. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data.
