Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, American Health Technology Group (AHTG) produces disrupting SaaS and data service products that enable customers to recruit and connect qualified healthcare staff with clients throughout the U.S.We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and passionate Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to work cross-functionally to implement AI solutions that will support future business hypergrowth. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment where you are a key contributor to success, this is the job for you!As a member of the team, you will be a key contributor to bring new SaaS products to market. In this role, you will drive product development based on captured market and technology requirements by defining the product architecture and ensuring that design is performed with a complete understanding of a product’s market and technical objectives. You will be supported on the business/product side by industry veterans, a strong product team, and a strong sales team.On the technical side, you will be part of a larger engineering group which includes a Core Services (architecture) team, a Data Engineering team, a Software Engineering team, a QA group, and an Implementation and Support group (which includes dedicated Product Owners and Account Managers). You will be well supported as you lead the charge to bring a vision to market.You should have a deep understanding of building SaaS products, software engineering, and data engineering, including understanding a wide variety of data collection techniques and Master Data Management. Our tech stack is .NET, hosted on Azure with C# business layer and React frontend. Snowflake, FiveTran, and PowerBI are used on the data side. We are open to other products and technologies if justified. This position is 100% remote.Responsibilities

Be a collaborative team member to help build out the AI/ML function across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers, turning business goals into technical solutions.Help define data-driven AI/ML best practices and operationalize models.Design, deliver, and evolve solutions through hands-on execution of engineering, quality assurance, and delivery.Own delivery of product features and execute from conception to completion.Design, develop, and consume APIs.Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.Maintain code integrity and organization.Ensure cross-platform optimization for solution deployment in mobile environments.Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when developing solutions.Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6+ years of real-world C# software engineering experience with the Microsoft Stack.2+ years of AI/ML experience operationalizing models.2+ years of experience with data engineering (ETL, data warehousing, MDM) is a plus.High level experience in AI/ML fundamentals.Commercial experience building architecture on Microsoft Azure.Working experience as a full stack engineer with Python experience.Advanced knowledge of Javascript/JQuery and React.Proficiency with MSSQL database technologies.Good problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of Agile software engineering.Solving business problems through technology with minimal direction.Experience with automated testing a plus.Familiarity with Git, Xamarin, and mobile engineering a plus.Qualified candidates must possess the physical and mental abilities necessary to perform the job's essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
