Financial Analyst, Digital Finance

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Digital & Streaming Finance team to support our rapidly growing business. This role will have a variety of responsibilities, including owning several key budgets and supporting the simplification, streamlining and standardization of our financial processes. This role will serve as a seamless bridge between the operational leaders and finance organization, through monthly estimates, close, annual budgeting and ad hoc projects. The right candidate will have experience working in finance and can speak Spanish. The candidate should be proactive, efficient, and independent and bring a positive and collaborative attitude to the team.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Track and manage subscription revenue, including pacing and forecasting, review of monthly close activities, cash collections and variance analysis.FP&A lead for all revenue related activities, including working with ad sales finance teams globally, managing subscription and licensing, and tracking other revenues across business.Track subscription revenue KPIs, including subscriber counts, ARPU, LTVs, etc.Own the content licensing finance operations, managing revenue and cash forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition and cash collection.Maintain financial models that track key monetization KPIs, including subs growth and revenue, ARPU, MAUs, etc.Support all FP&A process activities, including pacing, financial uploads, reporting and communications.Assemble monthly KPI reporting package and process for presentation to business leadership.Build processes and automated models for dynamic reporting capabilities, tracking metrics, operating reviews, and executive reporting.Track and manage all cost-of-sales directly tied to subscription revenue.Perform ad hoc analyses for Digital leadership, including revenue, margin analyses and cost saving initiatives.YOU HAVE:

Professional work experience of +3-4 years in digital/media finance.Financial and/or accounting skills required.Bachelor Degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience.Excellent excel skills, model building and a strong analytical background.Willingness to learn in a dynamic, high-paced and rapidly changing industry.Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and strong communications skills.Spanish language ability highly desired.Desired Skills & Experience
