About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist, with a passion for Gen AI, to join our Automation & Digital team based in Noida, India.

Roles and responsibilities include:

Develop and implement Gen AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Design and execute experiments to test and validate Gen AI models and algorithms.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support Gen AI solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and related technologies and apply them to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for action.

Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies.

About You

3-5 years of full-time work experience as a data scientist.

A postgraduate degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, or a related subject.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, PIL, and scikit-image.

Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
