The Vice President of Product (Growth) is a key leadership role responsible for expanding our customer acquisition velocity through a well-defined product roadmap, coordination with growth marketing, and seamless execution with engineering.

Key elements of this strategy will be driving our mobile product capability, optimizing our indirect/channel strategy for scale, and transforming our trial conversion rates through an AI-powered first-time user experience. Additionally, this role will involve aligning and adjusting our pricing/features/billing approaches to attract new audiences.

The successful candidate will have a strategic vision and the ability to execute and drive product-led growth, ensuring our product wins in the marketplace.

What you'll do:Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the execution of the global product strategy and roadmap to drive customer acquisition and business growth.Macro-Trends Identification: Oversee the Product Management team in identifying macro-trends in business needs and software product requirements, focusing on the broader customer base.Strategic Goal Setting: Define and drive global strategic product goals and initiatives across all solutions, with superior communication skills to enable the team to understand and execute.Team Performance: Foster an environment of growth, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring product managers and their teams perform at high levels.Initiative Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives based on the strategic objectives of Product Management and company goals.Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Product Management subject matter expert in Financial Reporting and all solutions, sharing best practices company-wide.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery.Collaborate with functional, engineering, and product executives across the company.Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Professional Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met.Influence future business strategy at the leadership and executive level.

People Management:Build an inclusive organization with high levels of employee engagement by attracting and developing talent and rewarding high-performing teams and individuals.Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance employee skills, motivation, and performance.Maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning, good humor, and commitment to business goals and customer needs.Reward high-performing employees and teams to enhance engagement, commitment, and satisfaction.Establish and maintain relationships, effectively communicating with customers and senior management to raise visibility and ensure collaboration with key stakeholders.Manage operations staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Who You Are:15+ years of experience delivering SaaS products for end users across desktop & mobile.5+ years of people management experience.Entrepreneurial experience managing multiple functions of an operation.Proven success in driving product strategy and product releases in a comparable environment.Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting is a plus.Expertise in product development from inception to market.Strategic thinker adept at creating or acquiring valuable, differentiating datasets to create business value.Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing product teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence executive leadership.Ability to travel periodically for collaboration and alignment.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees: $242,400—$303,000 USD
