Senior Product Manager

to join us and deliver innovative collaboration solutions combining audio, video, and contextual data in exciting ways to make people more productive when working together.You Will:Own the roadmap for embedded software delivered on Jabra’s portfolio of video collaboration devices.Manage the overall roadmap as well as many of the key features and experiences throughout the product lifecycle. Understanding various user personas, customers, competitors, and the market, you will synthesize the product and experience vision.Work closely with a cross-functional team including Experience Product Managers, R&D, UX, Product Marketing and other key stakeholders to deliver great solutions.Support the go-to-market and work with Sales, Product Marketing and Support to ensure business impact and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Analyze customer needs and pains, partner roadmaps, technology trends, competitive movements, and internal innovation opportunities.Translate insights into a customer-centric, commercially focused roadmap for the ongoing evolution of Jabra’s video devices and prioritize them into execution.Ensure clarity and transparency of the roadmap, priorities, status, and risks across all relevant stakeholders.Have a strong understanding of the technology and tools available to build great products.Develop the front-end positioning and messaging for the product to allow product marketing to position the product competitively in the market.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager.Demonstrated track record of creating and bringing to market hardware devices, software and experiences in B2B Video Conferencing or other Collaboration hardware and/or software solutions.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of product (hardware and software) life cycle process, engineering principles and design constraints.Proven ability to execute and influence to achieve the right outcomes in a matrix organization.Strong business acumen – capable of big picture thinking.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or a technical field, MBA preferred.Pay Transparency Notice :The target annual base salary for this position can range from $140,000.00 to $196,000.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
