Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.Responsibilities:

Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs)/Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with internal and external customers.Draft and negotiate complex commercial and government contracts (distribution, licensing, strategic sourcing, state, and local government procurements, and various sales and services agreements).Manage GSA Contract with the Federal Government, including serving as responsible point of contact for Small Business Subcontracting Plan and Report, and reviewing and communicating modifications and compliance obligations within the business.Be a principal advisor to sales and procurement professionals on a broad range of commercial and government contracting issues involving domestic and international customers and vendors.Support and implement process improvement techniques to assist in the development of TSV’s legal institutional knowledge, and to ensure that TSV sales and procurement activities are conducted in compliance with TSV policy and applicable law.Assist with the evaluation of potential dealers and distributors by Textron’s Global Anti-Corruption Compliance program.Provide training and support for Textron’s Ethics & Compliance program, including managing investigations, reviewing, and approving gifts, hospitality, and travel requests for compliance.Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.Qualifications:

Education: Juris doctorate or LLM required; preferably paired with an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, library sciences, business, commercial transactions, international affairs, or similar field and state bar membership.Years of Experience: 6+ years of prior experience, either at a law firm, in-house, or a combination.Significant experience with the USG acquisition process, including the FARS and DFARs.Knowledge or experience in aviation, ground handling, commercial airline, manufacturing, and materials handling.5+ years of demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing contractual agreements, preferred.Experience managing outside counsel and advising clients in the manufacturing sector (including, but not limited to, FCPA compliance and similar anti-corruption requirements).Textron is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment, to all applicants and employees regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, handicap, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.Recruiting Company
