SS&C WIT Revenue Operations team supports sales processes for sales of industry-leading investment technology platforms such as Advent Investment Suite, Black Diamond Wealth Platform, and Eze Investment Suite, and focuses on the areas of sales workflow, sales enablement, reporting, and data analysis.In this position, the analyst will play a key role in enabling our dynamic sales organization and in executing critical business processes of SS&C WIT. As part of Revenue Operations team, the analyst will support day-to-day sales team workflows and processes in Salesforce and will provide reporting of pipeline, various sales KPIs, and other information critical to effectively managing sales organization. The analyst will work closely with other operations groups as well as marketing, legal, and IT organizations to design and implement business processes and workflows and to report on performance. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, meet strict deadlines, and think creatively about solving problems and reporting performance.What You Will Get To Do:Develop a deep understanding of SS&C WIT business model and of internal data sources used to maintain its sales and revenue operationsProvide day-to-day support for sales team, including troubleshooting workflows on the current tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator)Work with other Revenue Operations team members on the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, statistics, and analysis around sales activitiesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other Operations group to facilitate go-to-market initiatives and enhance existing sales workflowsLead and/or actively participate in Revenue Operations projects and initiativesWork closely with IT team to implement sales workflow enhancements in Salesforce and other sales toolsPrepare ad hoc data analysis and reportsSpecific areas of responsibility:Salesforce sales data and workflow maintenancePipeline tracking and managementSales data analysis and reportingWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance1-2 years of applicable work experience in Sales Operations or Revenue OperationsHands-on Salesforce experience is required; certification is a plus but not requiredExperience in sales data analysis and reporting is requiredExperience with Excel, PowerPoint is requiredExperience with Salesloft, Highspot is a plus but not requiredExperience with PowerBI / Snowflake is a plus but not requiredStrong analytical, project management and organizational skills are criticalAbility to learn quickly, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyThank you for your interest in SS&C!
