We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer, to join the DRIVE Sim Cloud team at NVIDIA. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting the future of autonomous vehicle technology. You will work in a dynamic environment where innovation and challenging the status quo are the norms. Your expertise in frontend development and your extensive knowledge of multiple programming languages will drive the success of our groundbreaking DRIVE Sim Cloud platform. Crafting and developing high-quality user interfaces using HTML5, CSS/LESS, NodeJS, and React.Following the adaptable web design principles to ensure that our cloud applications render well across multiple devices.Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.Working closely with backend developers to integrate front-end and back-end aspects of the application.Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintaining a consistent look and feel across the platform.Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and implementing them when appropriate.What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in frontend development.Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, CORS and modern authentication mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.Ways to stand out from the crowd:
