About the TeamThe TikTok release team is responsible for the TikTok app release, management, and measurement of application versions, as well as discovering and intercepting stability and functionality issues to ensure high-quality and efficient product delivery.

What You'll Do:Responsible for the construction and governance of CI/CD pipelines for TikTok backend services.Research advanced CI/CD testing technologies, and develop & promote testing tools, frameworks, and platforms.Address business pain points by integrating efficient problem interception tools.Continuously improve and innovate tool platforms based on business needs, enhancing testing quality and efficiency.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, with more than one year of experience in tool development or test development. Strong engineering skills are required.Experience with productized tool platform development is preferred, demonstrating good programming style and habits to ensure usability and stability of developed platforms.Familiarity with configuration management, continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and a deep understanding of DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accurately understand user needs, address user queries, and proactively identify and solve problems.Prior experience in any of the following is a plus: API automation/unit testing frameworks, code analysis, load testing, fuzz testing, chaos testing, record and playback tools.Experience in developing Monkey, UI automation testing frameworks, performance testing frameworks is preferred.Candidates with experience in machine learning or deep learning modeling, especially those with practical application experience in the quality domain.

Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150400 - $266000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
