Project Overview

The Business Analyst will support Digital HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing projects related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of HR technology systems and solutions. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other relevant departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects in Agile Scrum or hybrid waterfall that meet business objectives and improve HR processes.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

Support and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with Agile Scrum.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and budgets.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure solutions meet user requirements.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and project sponsors.Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, key metrics, and recommendations to senior management.Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development and implementation of HR technology solutions.Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to support HR technology systems and processes.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR technology systems, resolving issues and optimizing performance as needed.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-user adoption and proficiency with HR technology systems.

Skills

Prefer to have Agile Scrum experience and understand projects would mostly deliver in Agile methodology.Proven experience managing HR technology projects, preferably in a large organization or corporate environment.Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and track project progress.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in combined HR or IT work structure.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or Scrum Master Certification, business analyst certification is a plus.
