and do exploratory analysis to understand if it meets project requirements. It's more than digits and dials - you're making huge decisions that impact millions of customers.Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning projects that influence daily life of working people. You'll work with your team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. You'll code with machine learning tools like Python, R, and Scala to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer ad hoc requests and then use Tableau for data visualization. You will create models that guide professionals through daily working decisions related to every aspect of working life.To thrive in this career, you should know how to identify errors and reactively fix them. You'll need to have some formal education in quantitative analytics and know design patterns and data structures. You have the skills to create new models using the technologies above. You will coach and mentor junior data scientists with different strengths to solve various problems with different methodologies and analyses. Here's what you can expect on a typical day:Setup, Build and Grow the Team. You will work in close collaboration with the USA Data Science and Machine Learning team to setup the goals and roadmap to assemble a world-class team in close alignment with the company’s OKRs.Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.You will design, implement and deploy high-performing machine learning/AI models and create API endpoints in AWS.Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling. You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations—this will set you up for success on Day 1. You will interact with developer, UX designer, product manager, and senior executives to understand problem domain, project requirements, users experience and demonstrate model performance and its business value.Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.Collaboration and Communication. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.To Succeed In This Role

PhD in quantitative area and 10+ years’ experience in Data Science or related field is required, with at least 4 years’ experience as a Team Leader.Prior experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS or other Cloud platforms; Well versed with Scikit-learn, PyTorch or other machine learning libraries and platforms.You'll Love Working Here Because You Can

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
