Position SummaryAs the leader of Application Programming Interface (API) team for Sponsored Search (Sponsored Products), you'll build industry defining ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.The experience and skills required for this role aligns closely with 'Group' level titles used at other organization in the industry.If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, this role at Walmart Connect could be the fit you've been looking for. We are looking for a product leader to help reimagine the way we empower Suppliers and Sellers/Marketplaces with best-in-class omni-channel advertising tools at scale. This role will lead to the adoption of our advertising products across customer segments.What You Will Do

Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.Define vision and strategies for your product family, use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and approve objectives.Develop and enhance products - manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients.Required Experience

9 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Product Management.3+ years of experience in API Product Management.2+ years of experience managing product managers.Passionate about solving complex problems.Data-driven and strategic thinker.Customer-centric.Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership.Excellent communicator.Preferred Experience

Experience in building advertising APIs, building solutions for onboarding experience, building for scale.AdTech / MarTech experience in Sponsored Product / Sponsored Search / Paid search experience.REST API experience.MBA a huge plus!Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience.
