Attending Child and Adolescent Psychologisthttp://psych.ucsf.edu/JPF05204The Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco invites applications for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Attending Psychologist. The positions will be filled at the Instructor to Full Professor level in a series commensurate with experience, with an anticipated start date of July 2025, or thereafter.Qualifications

Psychologist applicants for the Attending Psychologist positions role must have completed a PhD or PsyD; both pre- and post-doctoral training in child and adolescent psychology or a related field; licensed to practice psychology in California at time of appointment and in good standing; and, have demonstrated clinical and educational expertise in child and adolescent psychology.Demonstrated ability in teaching and clinical supervision.Demonstrated interest, cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and families from different racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, linguistic, gender, sexual orientation, and religious backgrounds.Interest in and willingness to support clinical research activities and demonstrated contributions to scholarly or creative activities.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.Applicant(s) materials must list (pending) qualifications upon application submission.All requirements are to be met by the time of the appointment.Responsibilities

Serve as a Child and Adolescent Attending Psychologist.Engage in innovation and continual improvements in clinical and educational programs.Engage in clinical scholarship.Participate in teaching, supervision and assessment of trainees; collaborate with training program directors in clinical curricular development for medical students, residents, psychology interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or graduate students in a variety of disciplines.Particular opportunities to focus in subspecialty areas, such as consultation to primary care, Diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis, Neuropsychology, Eating Disorders, Dyslexia, and others.Please apply online at https://aprecruit.ucsf.edu/JPF05204, with CV, cover letter, statement of teaching, statement of contributions to diversity, and three reference contacts.The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment.
