Reporting to the VP of Operations, we’re seeking a savvy People + Culture Lead to join us based in our Chicago office. You will be a part of a global team dedicated to ensuring Les Mills is a great place to work. This is a key role with scope to influence our wider P&C team, US office and beyond. Working in this fast-paced role, it is the type of position with huge variety, from recruitment to onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and system management, P&C Administration, payroll, benefits, generalist advice, facilities management and more. In a nutshell, you will be comfortable wearing many hats and have a foundation of knowledge across global markets.About You:

3-5 years of experience in human resources coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.Knowledge of current employment legislation.Experience in managing the end-to-end payroll processing, including managing payroll deductions, multi-state & compliance with a strong attention to detail.Understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations.Proven practical problem-solving skills and a “can do” approach.Strong customer centric approach.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.What’s in it for You:
