We celebrate science, welcome curiosity, expect collaboration and demand integrity and respect in all we do, create and deliver.Position Overview:The Director, Sales Operations & Analytics will be responsible for leading the Targeting, Sample Accountability, and our Rapid Deployment Sales Team. Additionally, this individual will utilize their experience to provide insights to other areas of Sales Operations such as: CRM, Sales Reporting, IC, Call Planning, Fleet.This position is classified as a NYC headquarters position, but the role is currently working remote.Job Responsibilities:Lead the targeting and tiering effort through strong collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, IT, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.Lead rapid deployment team by liaising with the 3rd party vendor, Sales Leadership, Sales Training, and other critical departments to drive success as well as manage overall performance of the team.Responsible for all Sample Accountability related activity in the field including, but not limited to, relationship with the vendor, monitoring of sampling activity in the field, quarterly/yearly auditing, and all other deliverables related to as needed.Ensure all field credentialing and licensing is up to date by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with the Sales Operations Team, IT, Legal and Compliance to assist in the build out of the data infrastructure for the Commercial function including determining the data strategy & management process, development of policies & procedures (including decision-making guidelines), and MDM.Provide strategic oversight to the development of materials used at POA meetings.Partner with team members and other commercial functions on Sales Force sizing, structure, and alignment exercises.Ensure department’s adherence to all company policies including legal and regulatory directives.Work closely with Sales Training on topics related to the field that new hires need to be trained on.Perform other tasks as requested by ITI senior management, complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Job Requirements:Must have a Bachelor degree.Must have 10+ years of relevant Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience (e.g. Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing).Must have field sales experience; Field leadership experience is preferred.Must have strong leadership skills as well as strategic and organizational effectiveness experience.Must have experience in building and managing teams working on multiple projects in parallel.Develops and delivers concise and well supported briefings. Possesses knowledge, credibility, and organizational savviness to influence senior management.Possesses deep knowledge of US pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and promotional compliance requirements.Problem solver with strong strategic and analytical abilities, diplomacy, negotiation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external partners.Must have the ability to work in and adapt to change in a fast paced, dynamic company environment.Must build a strong relationship with marketing and compliance.Must be able to manage multiple deliverables, projects, and duties as assigned.Demonstration of a high level of character and ethics acting in line with a clear and visible set of values & beliefs.Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.Intra-Cellular Therapies is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
