Accounts Payable Manager
The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable duties.In this role, the Accounts Payable Manager will work closely with the buying desk, to ensure vendors are on-boarded and requisitions are turned into purchase orders. Working closely with employees across the organization, the Accounts Payable Manager will promote the timely recording of goods receipts and service acknowledgments. The Accounts Payable Manager will report to the Senior Accounting Manager to resolve issues and to ensure timely payments of invoices received.Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable invoicesAssist in the reconciliation of goods receipts issuesRespond to inquiries made to the Accounts Payable email addressReconcile and process transactions for company Purchase Card (PCARD) accountsAssist with creation of payment runsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and discrepanciesProcess accruals and reclass journal entriesAssist with Account Reconciliation and financial statement preparationAssist with reporting: KPIs, Invoice Holds, and Cash DisbursementsEnsure A/P compliance with various internal controls, including requisitioning and purchase ordersAssist with internal / external audit requestsBackground & Qualifications:
5+ years of accounts payable experienceExperience working with Accounts Payable in an ERP solution, preferably WorkdayExperience working in a dynamic and changing company environmentAbility to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlinesOutstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills, both oral and writtenPosition Requirements:
Education:
BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferable or relevant work experience.Expectations:

The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
