The role

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Product to focus on delivering excellence in product strategy and execution. This role will be key to shaping the strategic direction, management, and execution of Fusion92's product team.

Product Strategy and PlanningEstablish and socialize a global platform product and capability vision, strategy, roadmap, and features for owned scope with ambitious clearly defined business metrics and targets.Develop, design, and implement a forward-looking product strategy aligned with business goals; optimizing our product strategies and fostering innovation.Establish trust and confidence in product strategy and delivery with key clients.Incorporate best practices from SaaS and marketing services space.Engage with customers to envision compelling experiences that drive product adoption and pipeline growth.Accountable for the creation and successful execution of the product roadmap.Ensure understanding of partner expectations, overcome development hurdles, and lead the team in addressing any shifts or changes in direction.Oversee major portions of the enterprise R&D Product portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization based on market needs, business impact, and value. Drive decision-making using data-driven insights and market feedback.Team LeadershipDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow large product management teams, exhibiting qualities like resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.Lead a high-performing, distributed team comprising product managers, project management, QA, development, and cloud-based infrastructure experts.Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments in creating the product roadmap.Establish a balance between the requirements of customers, stakeholders, and engineering work.Communicate in a way that makes complex topics simple to understand. We need to find someone that can connect the dots quickly and communicate the findings effectively both in written and verbal formats.Invest in the growth and development of the product management team, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities to build a high-performing team.CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to facilitate product initiatives and ensure timely delivery.Form strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive clarity in the face of ambiguity.Coordinate the efforts of a large Agile team (stakeholders, engineers, designers, analytics) to deploy the platform enhancements across products.Set goals and success metrics core to the company's overall direction and maximize impact by extending influence across the PM and cross-functional teams.Evangelize the platform product and capabilities to stakeholders; shepherd initiatives through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes.Enable analytics-driven decision-making to evolve products and usage; produce ROI analyses and optimization recommendations.Integrate user research, market analysis, and analytics into product requirements.Lead product communication initiatives, promoting transparency and efficiency across the organization.Establish clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed about product-related initiatives.Engage with external partners to bring innovative solutions to fruition, leveraging insights from successful collaborations within the B2B and marketing service sectors.Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer research to identify new opportunities.Metric-Driven Decision-MakingDefine, track, and improve key business and product success metrics, drawing on proven methodologies.Utilize proficiency in analyzing data, including ML, web conversion, search funnels, etc., to draw key insights and opportunities.Requirements15+ years of progressive experience with a strong technical and product background.A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams while maintaining a customer-first attitude.Familiarity with DevOps processes and methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.Comfort and proficiency in working with data to analyze and monitor product health.Experience collaborating across technology teams, from UX to data science and frontend teams.At least eight years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with a proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, Agile product development.Consistent track record in running large, complex software projects with multiple stakeholders and maintaining a loosely coupled, highly aligned culture.The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $150,000 to $200,000.
