As a Platform Engineering Process Manager at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing our associate technology experience. You will work directly with our platform engineering teams responsible for associate endpoint devices (Mac/Windows/PAM), primarily assisting our team to ensure we deliver modern endpoint solutions that are frictionless, secure, and empower associates to do their best work while managing global solutions on endpoints across the globe. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ability to influence up is key to success in this position.General Responsibilities:
Coordinate associate technology initiatives with stakeholders, engineers, and end usersDevelop and coordinate end-user and support communications across the enterpriseCreate playbooks, help files, technical documentation for end users and support teamsTrack issues and raise concerns to the engineering lead(s)Design, implement and maintain key metrics used to measure progressContribute to roadmap planning and business reviewsContribute to and help lead team stand upsOrganize and schedule enterprise-impacting changes with engineering teamSupport engineers with documenting and tracking product issues across the enterpriseDrive process improvements to ensure solutions are modern, frictionless, and secureManage and drive consistency across Platform Engineering teamsCoordinate cross-team inquiries, respond directly and escalate to engineering team as neededCover compliance and operational risks, develop risk management strategiesBasic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in Process management, Product operations, or Product deliveryAt least 1 year of Continual Improvement experiencePreferred Qualifications:
