Our top supply chain talent delivers actionable insights and measurable outcomes to some of today's largest and most complex supply chains.The NTT DATA Integrated Demand and Supply Planning Practice (IDSP) consulting team assists clients with the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process. We define this process as a cross-functional business process aimed at balancing demand and supply profitably.Key responsibilities:Solution Design

- Responsible for the overall solution design for o9 implementation engagements; including leading the requirement gathering process, translating business and technical requirements to solution design documentation and test case procedures.Project Support

- Work closely with Project Managers, internal and client stakeholders, and steering members to support work prioritization, issue identification and resolution, and creation and maintenance of detailed project delivery plans in accordance with the client SOW.Configuration Support

- Work closely with the configuration team to provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and quality assurance to all model builders and configuration leads in o9 implementation projects.Knowledge Capital Generation

- Support the ongoing development of methodologies and best practices. Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT Data Supply Chain Consulting's overall brand and positioning.Assessment and Presales Support

- As needed, support software assessment analysis and assist Business Development with creating proposals for technology and process implementation projects. Present the o9 solution through client-facing demonstrations that address client-specific use cases.Mentorship

- Provide mentorship to o9 model builders.Travel up to 60% may be required based on project requirements and/or client demand.Skills:Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation using o9 Solutions; Knowledge of o9 Reference Model configurations and workflows.Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic.Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment.Solid project management skills demonstrated across multiple industries.Ability to supervise others and actively coach/mentor junior consultants.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.Basic qualifications:Bachelor's degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.2+ years of experience in o9 implementation projects.3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management.3+ years of experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred qualifications:2+ years certified as an o9 Enterprise Modeler.Experienced as a Solution Architect in o9 implementation projects.Master's degree or MBA preferred.Certifications in o9 Reference Products and Supply Chain Solver.Expertise in IBPL, R/Python, and SQL programming languages.4+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management within a consulting and/or equivalent environment.Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $115,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
