Intellectual Property (IP)/Life Sciences Associate AttorneyQualifications
Should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in life sciences, including evaluating patent portfolios, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and managing patent portfolios.Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with a strong background in scientific fields relevant to biotechnology.Bar admission in the state of residence is a requirement, and an advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology is desired.Prior experience in a law firm setting is mandatory.Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential, and candidates with leadership abilities and a comfort level in direct client interactions are preferred.Compensation and Benefits
