Job Overview
Graham Technologies (GTECH) is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. In this role, the Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a leadership role in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs, combined with a comprehensive understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. This position involves devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, and desired results. Responsibilities include analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper system requirement specifications.

Responsibilities
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and an in-depth understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, and desired results.Analyze business and user needs, document requirements accurately, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications.Guide and advise less experienced Business Systems Analysts, providing mentorship and support.Work at the highest technical level across most phases of systems analysis, demonstrating advanced technical skills and expertise.Consider the business implications of applying technology to the current and future business environment, providing strategic insights.Qualifications
Master's degree (MA/MS) in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.More than ten (10) years of professional experience in applications systems analysis or a related field.Extensive understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to address complex issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide and advise less experienced team members.Willingness to work at the highest technical level across most phases of systems analysis and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.Compensation
