Job Summary

This position will support the development of divisional strategies related to Value Based Care (VBC) in the Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Lines of Businesses. Examples include roadmap creation, end-to-end VBC program design, facilitation of alignment meetings, and ad-hoc analyses. Essential skills include excellent presentation skills, an ability to work with a diverse plethora of stakeholders, and an ability to analyze data. Candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Office and in written communication. Curiosity and the ability to deal with ambiguity serve as essential traits to succeed in this position.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry.Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience.Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization.Verbal and written communication skills.Presentation and group facilitation experience.PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills.Preferred Job Qualifications:

Masters Degree.Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.Based in Chicago, this is a Flex role (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
