Inclusively is partnering with one of the largest transportation networks to hire a Data Analyst, Business. Applicants with one or more of these conditions are encouraged to apply; Inclusively does not require applicants to disclose their specific disability.Responsibilities:Monitor, develop, and analyze key business processes and metricsPerform ad hoc data requests for business operations and clientsPartner with internal cross-functional partners to help improve product quality and client experienceWork with Account Management team to ensure client issues are properly identified and resolvedAssist with internal and external usage related analysisCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support optimization of reporting toolsProvide support on optimization projects, process implementation and system integrationSupport validation and accuracy of Enterprise dataAssist with ad hoc projects & tasks to support infrastructure needsIdentify current process inefficiencies and develop creative solutionsSupport analytical rigor across our Business to guide strategic decision makingExperience:2+ years experience in a data analytics role or equivalentSQL experience requiredSalesforce.com experience requiredProficient in ExcelExperience using business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Mode, Jira)Experience working in a Sales environment with Sales KPIs and metrics is highly desiredWorks effectively in a fast paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlinesStrong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail4 year degree requiredBenefits:Great medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsMental health benefitsFamily building benefitsIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have unlimited paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off401(k) plan to help save for your future18 weeks of paid parental leave. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
