What this role is:

Utilizing your Executive Recruiting experience by creating and engaging your network to find top tier talent. Pro-active collaboration prior to job opening.An expert in your talent segment that knows where and how to find executive-level talent.Facilitating all aspects of the full lifecycle executive search, an expert within a talent segment that sees engagement and results helping to mentor the pod members.Support the Pod Leader and fill in when necessary.The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role adding information for a more strategic and precise process.Identifying, sourcing, and attracting hard to find passive executive-level talent using various niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.Ensuring our ATS (Workday) is up to date, while actively demonstrating a strong attention to detail throughout the recruiting process.Conducting sourcing strategy calls with Hiring Managers and providing Executive-level talent insight analytics to ensure clarity on the search criteria.Creating engaging messaging to communicate with prospective and passive talent.Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the established recruitment process.Participation in the relevant career fairs to help teach and train others and support the Company Brand and growth plan when necessary.

What you’ll need to excel in this role:

Be a talent Subject Matter Expert and take ownership of all aspects of the executive recruiting process.Be a champion for Diversity! Cultivate DE&I initiatives and educate managers on the Genesys diversity charter.Expert level sourcing skills, with the ability to find passive executive-level talent across multiple talent segments.Extensive experience partnering with business leaders and HR in a highly competitive candidate market.Ability to think creatively and share ideas to drive innovation.Willingness to share knowledge and educate Genesys Talent Partners on best practices.Highly driven individual with experience hiring top executive-level talent.Strong Executive presence and business acumen with high-level written and verbal communication.Experience and passion for working in a digital SaaS organization.Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role.7+ years of direct search experience with the ability to mentor, present, and train a recruitment team.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$119,350.00 - $234,250.00
