Must have strong research and writing skills. Experience in taking and defending depositions and handling Georgia and Federal civil discovery and motion practice preferred. Privacy and class action experience preferred. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
