What we do:The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing corporate level financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and analytical, data-driven decision support to the Executive Leadership Team and external investors. This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:Manage financial, strategic reporting and support external reporting for investorsCollect and analyze a large volume of data, design proven reporting and analysis models, and make strategic, financial recommendations to leadersDevelop self-service dashboards for the organization and leadershipLead continued process and policy improvement to improve business performanceManage budgeting and forecasting processesLead headcount and OPEX & CAPEX spend managementProvide analytical, data-driven decision supportTrack OPEX & CAPEX, perform variance analyses (vs. Budget, Forecast over Forecast, etc.), and provide timely reporting to leadersAssist leaders in developing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRP (Long Range Plan)Ensure financial data accuracy, develop data visualization, build slides/decks for effective communication, and improve quality and presentation of existing reportingCollaborate with IT to drive reporting automation, systems improvement and BI tool developmentMay require up to 10% of domestic and international travelOther duties as assigned

What you can contribute:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or relevant field requiredMBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not requiredA minimum of 3 - 6 proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar roleA minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance and/or Corporate FP&A is preferredFP&A and/or OPEX management experience is preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation. The pay range for this position is: $159,881—$223,602 USD.
