Arden Hills Operations is a diverse, high-tech medical device manufacturing team that makes life changing products possible. The Senior Financial Analyst acts as business partner to the Arden Hills Operations Management Team. The individual will provide strategic planning, reporting, and analytical support and will be a key contributor to understanding and communicating financial performance across the organization.Your Responsibilities Include

Working with the Manufacturing Plant leadership team to plan, forecast, and understand results for multiple value streamsFinancial planning and analysis to include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial close and monthly expense reportingEvaluating production and financial data and analyzing trends to understand and improve key financial driversRepresenting finance on key strategic and production initiativesResponding to ad hoc queries and assisting internal customers (which may include Senior Management)Required Qualifications

What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business3+ years of finance and business support experienceStrong Excel and Data Analysis skillsPreferred Qualifications

Masters DegreeAbility to work well in a complex, highly matrixed organizationAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with different value streams and business areasStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail a mustManufacturing and project accounting experienceExperience with Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SAP, Essbase, or SmartView retrievesRequisition ID:
