Senior Manager, Financial Planning and AnalysisKey ResponsibilitiesOwn bottoms up monthly forecast process, including:Hold meetings with executive leaders to review actuals and update projectionsMaintain detailed builds and models to support the forecastDeep dive into material variancesAdherence to submission deadlinesPlay Significant Role In Close Process, Specifically:Variance analysis during the close process to ensure errors or omissions are corrected prior to close completionBook ad hoc journal entries as requiredProvide revenue and EBITDA flash results during close, including commentary on variances to forecastProvide and continuously improve information quality in the month end reporting packageAnalyze deliverables, prior to submission, to identify opportunities to improve the businessAnalytics and modeling to support budget and strategic planning processesMake recommendations on how to improve business performancePartner with executive leaders to perform ad hoc analysis and present findingsAd hoc analysis and other duties as requiredMinimal travel required on an as needed basisMinimum Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineMinimum 2 years in a corporate financial reporting or public accounting equivalent environmentIntermediate knowledge of Financial Planning & AnalysisStrong organizational skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate with individuals across functionsProficient in US GAAPExperienced in Oracle, Hyperion/HFM/EMP, or similar systemsTravel:
