Latitude is seeking a California-based Civil Litigation Attorney to join a women-owned national law firm with offices near San Francisco, CA. Interested candidates should have at least 3-5 years of civil defense litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials, written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in California. This is a remote position but candidates must live near San Francisco, CA to attend court appearances and depositions as needed.

Compensation
Pay: The base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 with bonuses and other incentive programs in place for additional compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
