Job Description

As part of our in-house Executive Recruiting team within the Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will partner and collaborate closely with company executives, Recruiting Leadership, and HR leaders to understand current and future hiring needs while crafting strategies to engage passive, impactful leaders across the enterprise. You will proactively build long term relationships, assess leadership talent for highly impactful roles including but not limited to Product Management, Engineering, and GTM organizations, while maintaining a sharp focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

This Executive Recruiter role requires someone who enjoys building and scaling organizations, while also helping mature our executive recruiting practice. You will play an active role in org design, and by extension leadership talent management to ensure Zscaler is well positioned to continue being an industry leader years down the line. And lastly, we value collaborative, inclusive leaders who have a growth mindset, are passionate about world class candidate experiences, and love having fun while being in the arena with like minded individuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.5+ years’ full retained executive search and/or full life-cycle in-house executive recruitment/sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pools.3 years of experience influencing people, process, priorities, deliverables and client teams, or managing/coaching teams, inclusive of the development of recruiting strategies and/or organizational headcount planning in a business or executive recruiting context.Experience mapping, engaging, and hiring senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market roles.History of building and leading representative sourcing and pipelining strategies, including presenting talent to senior executives.

Salary Information

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$150,000 — $165,000 USD
