Responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, and/or repair of plant equipment and machinery. Establishes standards and policies for operating procedures and inspection of maintenance equipment.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with plant SMEs, HQ project teams (Asset Management, Systems Integration, IT and Project Management) and OEMs to identify opportunities to improve the speed of adoption for capital projects.Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and technology integrations.Create communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes, address concerns, and promote understanding of the benefits.Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes, technologies, and best practices to ensure smooth implementation, sustainable results, and to help them adapt to new ways of working.Provide guidance and support to sister facilities during the adoption of new processes, technologies, and optimization initiatives.Monitor and track the progress of "Lighthouse" initiatives being adopted across sister facilities, identifying opportunities for further improvement and sharing successes with the broader organization.Expected Travel: 10% - 20%Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
