Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce QA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, business analysis, and extensive experience in Salesforce testing. As a Salesforce QA Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementations.Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases and testing plans.Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce solutions, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce workflows, triggers, and customizations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business requirements.Implement and maintain best practices for quality assurance processes within Salesforce projects.Identify and report defects, providing detailed information to development teams for resolution.Work with business to create and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results.Document and communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.Work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Technical Architect, developers, and administrators to understand system functionality and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce is desirable.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
