Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

Hybrid (3 days onsite)Compensation: $100-110K + 10% Bonus DOECurrently working on a RARE opening for one of our larger clients here in Dallas (very strong culture, everyone tends to stay) - high-growth, M&A-focused environment, over $2B in revenue - very stable. They are looking for a Senior Accountant with a background in SEC reporting and/or technical accounting, ideally someone who has had experience with researching guidance and drafting memos.They're also willing to entertain someone straight out of public accounting looking to make the jump into industry. Willing to train on a lot of the aspects of the job - a lot of folks have come onboard and promoted up as well.Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and footnotes included within quarterly and annual financial statements, including organizing and referencing supporting documentation.Stock comp accounting - grants vesting, long shore filings.Prepping the quarterly 10-K and 10-Q filings, assisting with Earnings Releases and Proxy Statements.Coordinate with other financial reporting and accounting personnel in preparation of external reports and necessary filings.Specifically prepping cash flow statements and supporting prep of balance sheets (pulling all of the numbers together, understanding where they go, how they talk to each other, does it make sense, where they should fall, etc.).Coordinate with external auditors to assist with their audit of financial statements.Create and maintain monthly/quarterly calendars and checklists to inform parties of necessary responsibilities and related deadlines.Requirements:
