Description:Job Summary:In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for supporting business strategy and/or initiative planning by contributing to the development of a new organizational strategy process and the identification of the key players for leadership strategy conversations; supporting leadership decision making by utilizing basic knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics) to establish a clear organizational focus; supporting strategy community of practices by contributing to knowledge sharing across functions and entities to help identify the right strategic priorities; and supporting ongoing initiative management and prioritization in real time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews), with some guidance.

Identifies and speaks up for ways to address improvement opportunities.Analyzes and interprets market data by: implementing a plan to address standard research questions and test hypotheses with working knowledge of data analysis; performing standard quantitative and qualitative analyses and investigating alternative hypotheses with limited guidance; and supporting in the preparation of key findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the future with minimal instruction.Facilitates process improvement efforts by: contributing to the implementation of updated processes to improve return on investment (ROI), operations, service quality, and results for initiatives within a team; utilizing working knowledge of business operations to support the implementation of best practices in own work; and actively seeking innovations for continual process improvement.Effectively manages projects and programs by: contributing to standard project proposals, including establishing objectives, key stakeholders, milestones, projecting required resources and timelines with limited guidance; supporting progress on project deliverables in alignment with greater business strategy with limited guidance; developing knowledge of and following existing methodologies to complete initiatives with support from manager; and supporting the execution of project plan by enacting assigned duties with support from manager.Proactively maintains open streams of communication by: building relationships with stakeholders; identifying and escalating avoidable issues or risks to strategic program implementation with detailed guidance; fostering collaborative partnerships with others in the broader organization to develop and refine key priorities and strategy; and developing written communication of strategic issues and recommendations to share with their team.Contributes to the development and execution of business strategy by: supporting the development of business cases for strategic proposals with working knowledge of health care marketplace; collaborating with team to propose potential problems to be addressed and the resources needed; supporting in the preparation of strategic options with minimal instruction; collaborating with team to propose challenging business goals and the processes and resources needed to accomplish them; supporting alignment around the strategic plan and intended outcomes with minimal guidance, and seeking opportunities for collaboration and synergy; applying standard procedures to mitigate standard barriers, constraints, and risks to execution with minimal guidance; and supporting the assessment of strategic direction in response to a changing environment with minimal guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field.

Preferred Qualifications:One (1) year of Health Care experience.
