As the

Vice President of Sales Development , your leadership will be instrumental in propelling significant growth in our success by guiding our SDR teams to record results for demos scheduled and expanding our footprint across the marketplace. As a hands-on strategic leader, you will work closely with the CRO, Sales, and Marketing leaders to develop frontline managers, impacting winning culture, market penetration, and key sales metrics for the Sales Development Organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will focus your passion and expertise into top of funnel transformation, leveraging partnerships with sales enablement to elevate manager and impact performance.Location

Forget about parking woes - we've got it covered!What You’ll be DoingScale our global sales development functions across North America, Australia, and beyond, creating a best-in-class high-achieving sales organization that sets the industry benchmark.Assume full responsibility for strategic SDR operations, overseeing all areas from budgeting and goal setting to KPI tracking, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy of the company.Spearhead initiatives that foster organizational optimization and expansion, including the design of robust, repeatable, and scalable outbound processes. Envision innovative sales strategies and develop a framework for effective outbound account distribution and lifecycles.You will manage and operationalize outbound pipeline generation motions and key activity metrics, accurately forecast pipeline, and develop a strong prospecting plan of attack.Take ownership and proactively identify pain points and leverage data-driven insights to drive adjustments in discovery qualifications, pitches, demos, and talk tracks. Establish and maintain high performance standards, cultivating a culture of accountability to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.Ensure timely and accurate SAL and SQL tracking within Salesforce, providing visibility into the sales pipeline and adopt data-driven decision-making.Uphold a steadfast commitment to reporting, process adherence and rigor, driving continuous improvement with forward-thinking strategies.Embody the values and behaviors you expect from your team, leading by example, and cultivating a culture of excellence and daily growth that inspires individuals to consistently strive for their best work.Leverage data-driven insights to provide impactful coaching and create a feedback-rich environment that fosters continuous improvement and values the importance of data and insights.Champion the recruitment, development, and retention of an elite team of Directors, Managers, and SDRs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and emphasizing sales mastery.Guide SDR leaders in mapping and bridging skills gaps, providing impactful coaching, enforcing accountability, and encouraging upward and onward advancement within their teams.Other duties as assigned.About You10+ years of sales experience, including 7+ years as a Senior Sales Leader in the B2B technology/SaaS industry.Proven track record of driving revenue growth, propelling organizations through hyper growth by building high-performing sales teams.Successfully managed and scaled global sales development teams of 100+ members or more, emphasizing SDR leveling and career planning for enhanced scalability.Demonstrated expertise in formulating innovative outbound methodologies and crafting impactful B2B SaaS sales strategies, with a focus on the IT and Cyber Security sectors.Track record of individual contributor sales success, contributing to overall sales growth and achieving targets.Financially astute leader with proficiency in budget management and a history of optimizing customer acquisition through effective sales strategies.Exceptional sales performance, excelling in prospecting, closing deals, and mentoring others in these areas.Proficiency as a Salesforce Admin and experience with SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and SDR cadence management software required.Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals and driving exceptional results, while demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach in high-growth environments.Skilled in designing commission plans, establishing quotas, and formulating SPIFs.A motivational leader with polished written and verbal communication skills, known for building strong and trusted relationships across various stakeholders and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.Collaborative partner with a history of successful cross-functional partnerships, including Sales Enablement, Talent Acquisition, and various teams involved in executing a unified strategy.Preferred BA/BS Degree in any field – we value diversity!About UsNinjaOne is a leading unified IT management solution that simplifies the way IT teams work.
