Job Summary
This job provides support for our North American region by producing impactful reporting and generating actionable insights by analyzing data that help our company make better data-driven decisions. Specific responsibilities will include data tracking, data collection, reporting, and analysis.
For this role, we seek a person with strong data management and statistical skills combined with strategic thinking, intellectual tenacity, and the ability to translate complex concepts into impactful insights and visualizations.
The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This role is responsible for generating actionable insights for campaign and program performances by translating data into meaningful insights for stakeholders and leaders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, business intelligence, and IT to deliver data solutions and actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals.
Creates automated dashboards and reports using Tableau and Data Studio.
Pull, clean, and analyze data to deliver actionable recommendations to improve campaign acquisition and retention.
Provide campaign analysis, performance, and guidance to stakeholders with recommendations to exceed business goals.
Build and maintain marketing funnels, goals, and attribution models using Google Analytics.
Analyze data and identify trends and patterns across multiple digital channels. Develop concise, supported, and well-articulated analyses and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Ensure data is captured, tracked, and collected across multiple digital channels, apps, and properties.
Stay abreast of technological advances in the digital/data analytics industry. Responsible for implementation and project management of new approaches and tools when appropriate.
Skills & Experience
Experience:
5+ years in new product development, product planning, or analytics.
Education:
Bachelor/University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics.
Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured dataExperience with Google and Adobe analytic architectures and related toolsExperience with Tag Management systemsExperience with the following toolsets:JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQueryTableau, Data Studio, and ExcelSQLPythonSalesforce.com (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud)Experience connecting tools using APIs and other data technologiesExperience with web servers and mobile application architecturesBasic understanding of content management systemsExperience implementing analytic solutions using structured methodology and testing processesEffective interpersonal skills and able to work cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail and accuracy and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to be thorough and meticulous, with an eye for detail, and must apply logic and knowledge of the business to all deliverablesExcellent organizational, project management, and time management skillsStrong collaborative skills to participate on cross-functional teams across the organizationStrong written and oral presentation skills
