The position is full-time, reporting to the Managing Director, Marketing as part of TDP's Resource Partners and Firm Operations group. TDP Resource Partners are functional professional experts who work closely with our portfolio company executives and business owners to execute their goals.The Marketing Manager will support working with TDP’s portfolio companies to execute on marketing strategy, marketing tactics in support of rapid growth, and implement marketing best practices and processes. This is a newly created role and will serve as an integral part of TDP and TDP’s portfolio companies.Specific Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
Collaborate with portfolio company management team members to understand company-level goals and location-level marketing needs.Develop and execute strategy to support growth and provide recommendations on best practices related to marketing strategy and planning.Manage strategy for business to consumer marketing campaigns including target audiences of portfolio company clients.Drive new volume growth and retention in affiliated locations.Build and analyze multi-site location level performance reporting for all marketing activities.Proven ability to understand, evaluate and translate data and insights into actionable and innovative strategies to deliver on business goals.Acts as Marketing strategy consultant across the portfolio companies for project/initiative discovery, scope, and metrics.Hires and directs outside vendors as needed to provide strategic counsel and creative execution.Serves as an expert member of the Marketing Resource Partner team in determining priorities and ensuring accomplishment of departmental goals.Strategize digital (SEM and SEO) and content creation strategy as appropriate for portfolio company B2C initiatives.Execute on B2B marketing initiatives to support lead generation for portfolio companies.Plan and manage communication and online strategy as needed for portfolio and investment company.Plan and manage social media platforms as needed for portfolio and investment company.The Marketing Manager should be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and have knowledge and proven experience in executing marketing strategies both paid and earned. An experienced candidate should be an excellent communicator and demonstrate outstanding project management and organizational skills. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment.Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of marketing experience.Demonstrated success in multi-site marketing.Able to represent TDP and its portfolio companies well.Marketing for Business Service industry or Consumer service industry background preferred.Microsoft Excel and Data analytic experience preferred.HubSpot or Salesforce experience.A track record for building deep, meaningful relationships.Problem-solver and creative mindset.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to work both collaboratively on a team, and independently.High degree of integrity and strong moral compass.Undergraduate degree in business or marketing.
