You will serve as a lead partner with internal DEI partners to improve and elevate our current portfolio of DEI recruitment strategies and programs. In addition, you will develop and sustain strong relationships within Talent Acquisition and HR, leverage data and analytics to drive progress and decision making and help facilitate valuable hiring practices across experienced and early talent.As the ideal candidate, you will have experience as a DEI practitioner with the expertise to assess gaps, coach leaders, measure progress, and bring passion to promote meaningful, long-lasting change.What you can expect:
Design and implement DEI strategies and programs throughout the talent recruitment lifecycle.Develop and sustain relationships with recruiting, HR, and business leadership to enable and facilitate effective hiring practices across experienced and early talent.Build and develop partnership with Prudential’s internal Diversity partners to lead diversity conference strategy, event management, and planning for events while also growing and leading Prudential sponsored events.Partner with recruiting team to develop, execute, and quantify results from diversity talent acquisition strategy for each business group; support, engage, and mobilize recruiters through training and exposure to execute against priorities and to drive adoption within their business lines.Establish benchmarks and metrics to ensure effectiveness of DEI programming. Analyze data to help identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform strategy.Produce and share diversity data, insights, and analytics while ensuring collaboration for compliance requirements and industry commitments to diversity hiring are accounted for.Research and share diversity market intel and new diversity partners and events and facilitate contract negotiations and management with external partners.Partner with Recruitment Marketing to enhance branding, promotions, and advertisements.Serve as Talent Acquisition Lead on enterprise HBCU strategy to expand recruitment efforts and partnership.What you’ll need:
5+ years of experience implementing holistic DEI recruitment strategiesDemonstrated experience designing and developing DEI talent acquisition initiatives with success in creating diverse pipeline strategies and recruiting plansDemonstrated ability to develop partnership with key stakeholders such as Inclusive Solutions and Business Resource GroupsAbility to establish credibility, build relationships, and influence across all levels of the organizationHands-on experience applying program management methodologies and seeing programs through from conception to completionData inspired with the ability to analyze, identify key issues, and prepare recommendationsUtilization of market intelligence and recruitment marketing to connect with top talentExcellent communication, data driven presentation, and facilitation skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; Experience using Tableau or reporting databases preferredAt Prudential, you can:
