The Marketing Automation Manager will work with the marketing team and business lines to plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for executing multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns for each of the Triumph Financial business lines using Marketo and current MarTech stack. This role works collaboratively with each brand to drive marketing campaigns to both customers and prospects. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in Marketo.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Overseeing email marketing program development, workflows and execution, including building web forms and emails, segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements.Manages segmentation, growth, and hygiene of marketing data from each business line. Works with data and analytics lead to define data management best practices for marketing.Oversee marketing automation specialist(s) responsible for program development and execution.Manages relationships and regularly with Marketo customer support and Marketo implementation partner.Works with brand lines and stakeholders to define KPIs that support strategic objectives, build reporting to analyze results and recommend new programs and processes for growth.Manages brand assets in Marketo with consistent taxonomy.Stays aware of new Marketo updates, trends in marketing automation and best practices while educating the marketing team. Serve as the Marketo subject matter expert within the organization, including best practices for marketing automation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, subject line testing, ALT tags, image optimization) and integrations with data sources.Builds alignment with Executive team, Business Partners, Shared Services, IT, Product, and Operational Support including the CX and Salesforce teams.Experience & Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years’ experience working with Marketo developing and managing marketing automation campaigns via Salesforce or other comparable CRMs and data sources.Management and/or supervision of Marketing Automation (email) and CRM professionals, including building professional development plans.Preferred: 2-3+ years’ experience in a banking/financial services/commercial finance environment, or equivalent experience in regulated industry.Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape as well as marketing automation best practices.Advertising or digital ad agency experience a plus, but not required.Marketo certified expert a plus, but not required.Skills & Abilities Required:

Experience developing emails with HTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance).Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and campaigns.Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and the ability to make recommendations for appropriate updates to email and web content.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe environment.Influence management, Partnership and Relationship Building Skills.Build cross-enterprise partnerships to proactively collaborate on goals, objectives, programs and initiatives that promote brand image, community, products & services and employer recognition.Team player with a strong work ethic. Demonstrates considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment with ability to build/maintain effective interpersonal relationships.High level of maturity and stability with an "optimistic" approach.A self-starter able to be both entrepreneurial and strategic in approach with hands-on experience.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
