The ideal candidate will have a track record of superior organization, communication and discipline, experience working with project management applications, the confidence to work with all levels of the organizational hierarchy and highly self-motivated. Working within the Business Operations team you will have the opportunity to help build and establish our PMO and a discipline around managing projects, lead large-scale business transformation projects and help foster a collaborative, productive environment. Responsibilities

Aid in the development and application of PMO best practices and project management guidelines;Administer our project management application Clickup including the onboarding of new teams;Leverage and expand the framework built in ClickUp to support and streamline Business Operations projects;Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation;Coordinate resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule;Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope and/or schedule, to ensure that project requirements can be met;Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes;Required Skills/Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of project management or relevant experience;Problem-solving skills is a must including demonstrated ability to take control and command of critical business challenges;Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Excellent presentation skills;Must be extremely detail oriented;Professional certification such as PMP preferred but not required;TechTarget offers generous benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and 401k plans.
