Researches, designs, develops, tests, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.Analyzes user/business software system requirements and determines needs.Determine the functionality of an application and performs upgrades over time.Maintains documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures.Assist team with preparation of cost estimates.Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies.Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes.Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.Participates in special projects as required.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline is requiredRequired Experience:10+ years of related professional IT experienceMinimum 3+ years’ direct experience as Developer Mobile Native (Android and/or iOS) or in related fieldsMinimum 3+ years’ direct experience in mobile web development using JavaTechnical Experience:Demonstrated working knowledge in backend web services, API Integration, and Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCPDemonstrated experience with iOS: Fluent in the coding languages of Swift and Objective-CDemonstrated experience with Android: Fluent in the coding languages of Kotlin and JavaDemonstrated knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies and working in an agile environmentDemonstrated knowledge/experience of SDLC practicesDemonstrated knowledge/experience with Change Management and Configuration Management (such as ServiceNow, etc.)Work with outside data sources, APIs, bug fixing and improving app performanceRequired Skills & Abilities:Demonstrated experience with Design and Development of mobile applicationsDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Demonstrated ability with designing and implementing application updatesDemonstrated ability in identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecksDemonstrated ability to research and share industry innovations and trendsDemonstrated ability with participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingSecurity Clearance Level:Ability to achieve a Public Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprintingThe security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
