Douglas Boulevard Veterinary Clinic
is a full-service veterinary hospital in Roseville, Ca and we are seeking a Part-Time Veterinarian to join our collaborative, multi-doctor hospital!Established in 1964, our practice has a great reputation for practicing high levelmedicine (i.e., internal medicine, dentistry, preventative care and soft tissue surgery)with skilled veterinarians and support staff. We pride ourselves in having anenvironment of collaboration among the doctors and a training environment for our staff. We have a very busy practice with four exam rooms, cat ward, dog ward, surgery suite, dental suite, and a large reception for the comfort of our clients and patients. Our hospital is paperless on Ezyvet software and while we have an extensive in-house pharmacy, we primarily utilize Vetsource for other medications.Our TeamDouglas Blvd’s mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care in a mannerthat is compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Douglas Blvd VeterinaryClinic has a very fun and cohesive team, we care very much about each other andmaintain an uplifting culture. All of our staff members are Fear-Free certified and buildstrong bonds with our patients and clients. Our support staff go through an extensivetraining program and monthly team building exercises to be the best team, so we candeliver superior client service and exemplary patient care. We work with local specialiststo provide in-house ultrasounds, echocardiograms and specialized soft tissue andorthopedic surgeries.Job RequirementsA recent graduate or an experienced Veterinarian would be a good fit on our team.There are no after hours or on call shifts.Placer CountyDouglas Blvd Veterinary Clinic is conveniently located between the Sierra NevadaMountains and the Pacific Ocean for outdoor enthusiasts! Our hospital has been happilyserving the Placer County community for many years with some very long-standing andloyal clients. Our beautiful county is full of walking and biking trails, dog parks,museums, wildlife, boating, fishing, adult sports complexes, community events.Compensation and BenefitsThe emotional and physical wellbeing of our employees is important to us. Depending on the employee's status, benefits include medical coverage (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and more! The base salary for this position can range between $120,000 - $170,000+ annually with 22% production for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
