Apply now.PALFINGER is searching for a Network Development Manager. We are located in Schaumburg, IL. This position reports to Marcos de Oliveira, Director, Network Development and Sales & Process Tools.Responsibilities:
Implement network development strategies, programs, and processes in alignment with product lines and key departments (Sales, Service, & Marketing).Conduct regular audits of dealers across North America to ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence.Manage the distribution network to drive profitability and growth, supporting the KPI follow-up of contractual standards and commitments.Ensure the implementation of Palfinger Distributor and Partner Standards, including contracts, to establish a best-in-class customer experience across the network and build stronger partnerships.Oversee the processes of appointments, terminations, and improvements for dealers and partners; identify new dealers according to defined criteria, and prepare scouting information packages.Prepare and follow up on the Distributor and Dealer Onboarding process (DAC).Evaluate trends in sales processes and tools, and challenge existing processes to ensure continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of work experience in a similar position in Partner/Dealer Development Role.Customer-centric approach, deep understanding of all business processes.Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up, and attention to details.Positive track record in change management projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and leadership skills.High commitment and passion to perform.What We Offer:
