Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2.5 billion.Reporting to the General Manager, Stealth Venture, you will be in a high-visibility, high-impact role as a Lead Product Manager over a new initiative. This is an opportunity to be the foundational member of a product team for an innovative early stage product. You will be a part of a collaborative team identifying the opportunities and helping create the products that transform mental healthcare for the better.What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a highly ambitious yet practical strategy for pushing the boundaries of what's possible today while foreseeing future needs and opportunities.“Roll up your sleeves” and get stuff done as an independent self-driven product manager with stage-appropriate product management rigor and hygiene.Work with a cross-functional SWAT team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to rapidly innovate and execute against company priorities.Integrate commercial intuition, clinical understanding, provider efficiency, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance into the product development process.Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize results.Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and modeling a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, mutual accountability, and growth.Partner closely with the Provider Operations, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access teams to develop and deliver solutions that drive market-leading provider satisfaction, retention, quality, and efficiency for our network of providers.What Success Looks Like In This Role

Launch an innovative, high-impact mental health product within 5 quarters.Deliver on market-leading usability and satisfaction (CSAT >4.5) for our users.Improve clinical tools and workflows, allowing us to measure clinical outcomes for >50% of recurring users.Drive all elements of the product development life cycle, from discovery through planning, execution, and evaluation.What We Expect From You

An experienced product manager with demonstrated talent for creativity and execution. Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, in AI/ML, and having worked in an early-stage startup environment is a big plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in or adjacent to the healthcare industry.Experience In Mental Health Technology

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform both product and commercial decisions.Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience working in an early stage startup environment, and a comfort with a high-growth, dynamic environment, and an ability to balance agility with consistency as business priorities, user needs, and our competitive environment evolves.A strong sense of commercial intuition with experience tying business objectives to product features and development

An ability to navigate ambiguity, with a bias towards rapid execution over process.A self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships.Strong technical knowledge and foundation in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities.Salary and Benefits

The target base salary range for this position is

$179,100-$218,550 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
