to function as a liaison between business and the Office of Technology (OoT) team to facilitate the effective exchange of information and help deliver the highest quality technical solutions to possible customers. Visit www.qtcm.com for more information.Job Description:Perform duties as a Business Systems Analyst to include:Establish objectives for projects, analyze collected data, and recommend solutionsDetermine the needs of the customer using techniques such as interviews, data, task, and workflow analysis, and requirements workshopsUnderstand what the customer or end user wants and determine what they actually needTranslate customer needs into technical requirements that development teams can build toCollaborate with lines of business, business development (BD) and OoT technical team to collect, understand, and document client business requirements and needs associated with requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), or internal capability needsCollaborate with solution architects, systems engineers, developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needsCoordinate site visits to assess operational problems and to determine a strategy for improvementCreate and maintain clear/concise documentation, such as customer specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirementsIdentify and develop solutions for process improvementFormulate value-added business solutions and present recommendations to peers and managementEstablish strategies for deliverables for business projects to include process changes, technology changes and customer impactEffectively communicate activity and project status to managementWe require candidates with the following skills/background:Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of related work experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degreeExperience working with/leading an Agile team as well individual project ownershipSuperior analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and operational requirementsAbility to manage, prioritize, and successfully execute multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Share Point, Project and Office suitePossess excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigationExperience Preferred:Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience leveraging Monday.com for project management and reportingExperience managing small teams of 4 or more direct reportsPay and Benefits:Salary range (level 4):
$110,000 - $145,000Other levels may be considered:(Level 3) - 5+ years of experience: $90,000 - $115,000(Level 5) - 14+ years of experience: $130,000 - $175,000The Leidos QTC Health Services pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
