Your Role on Our Team
The Sr. Software Engineer will work as a member of an agile software development team that is responsible for building and maintaining custom web applications for Milwaukee Tool. The Sr. Software Engineer will participate in agile ceremonies and help facilitate good practices throughout the SDLC.
You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities
Hands on design and development of applications using technologies such as .NET/React.Work as a member of an agile software development team.Enhance and support existing applications.Troubleshoot problems identified by users.Collaborate with lead developers and analysts to understand requirements and develop solutions.Advocate for adherence to standards on the development team.Mentor junior team members.The TOOLS you’ll bring with you
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of professional software development experience.Other TOOLS We Prefer You Have
.NET CoreReact.js or similar JavaScript frameworkSQLAzure/Cloud ExperienceTerraform or other Infrastructure as Code frameworksGit or other source controlAzure Dev Ops or similar CICD toolsSome experience in Azure AI Services/Azure Cognitive SearchObject-oriented and relational database development skillsStrong professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with agile methodologies.We Provide These Great Perks And Benefits
