Position Description

CGI Federal is seeking a business analyst to join a growing and dynamic program to provide Momentum Acquisition support. This client-facing role will include, but is not limited to, providing hands-on assistance, ongoing informal training, support for acquisitions integrations, maintaining acquisitions reference data, leveraging Momentum functionality to provide statistics, and troubleshooting/resolving issues as they occur. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset with client management and business and data analysis supporting an agency-wide financial and acquisition system. You will work with an experienced team supporting a mature client relationship with the goal of bringing innovation, best practices and delivery excellence to the program.Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide quality Tier 2 support for all incoming requests (via call, chat, email or ticket) for functional related issues or requests.Perform deep, detailed data and functional analysis to resolve client issues and identify defects and determine and support implementing innovative solutions.Participate in meetings with client stakeholders to understand issues and challenges.Support system testing on projects and for related issues and defects.Track and coordinate day-to-day production requests by providing issue analysis and resolution.Provide quality client support by answering questions and fostering communication.Work closely with client staff, production team, technical support team members and the development team to translate client issues and concerns into workable solutions.Develop system knowledge and keep up to date on new processes or procedures as required.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
